I have noticed recently tha there are a few more  “Old Spanish” homes in the Coral Gables real estate market.  There are some real gems under $500,000.  Some have been completely updated and will snapped fast. Below are 3 that I picked .  I would say that all three have the well known “charm” factor.  I only suggest these homes if you love historic proprieties.   Coral Gables Old Spanish homes are not for everyone.  They can be tight on space and may not be practical for some home buyers.  So if you like vintage gems , these properties are worth looking at.

309 Viscaya is listed with Remax , asking price: $499,000  , 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms

1114 Milan Ave is listed with Southeby’s Intenational, asking price: $475,000   3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

1208 Alberca Ave listed with Remax, asking price is $398,000 , 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom ( price was just reduced)
