Pinecrest homes for sale have been pretty steady for the last few months , the number fluctuates between 150′s and 160′s.  There are currently 165 Active Pinecrest listings for sale, 3 of which are “bank owned” listings and 14 short sales.  The number of short sales has gone up slightly.

There are 8 pending Pinecrest homes sales, of which 3 were short sales 2 were “bank owned” listings.

And finally there were 16  September Pinecrest closed sales, of which 1 was a “bank owned” listings and 1 short sale.

As you will see below most of the sales were in the mid range between $400,000 t0 $ 700,000
