Coral Gables Condos Sales for August 2011
Coral Gables Condo Sales were a little slow in August. In addition to the 23 closed condo sales in August , there were 23 condos that went under contract but have not yet closed. Some of these pending sales may come back on the market. Currently there are 171 active condo listings in Coral Gables only one foreclosure among them and 25 short sales. Of the 23 condos that closed 6 were short sales and 3 were “bank owned” properties.
The number of “bank owned” listings in Coral Gables has decreased to one over the last few months and the number of short sales listings have remained about the same. Forelosure through out Miami-Dade have come down- to soon to call this a trend.
