Coral Gable Condo Sales for July
There are currently 181 Coral Gables Condos for sale.   25 of those listings are Short Sales and 3  are ” bank owned” listings.  There 19 sales in the month of July and 19 pending sales ( under contract but not yet closed).  3 of last months sales were ”bank owned” and 3 were short sales.   There is a slight increase the condo inventory, however,  there appears to be an uptick of more Coral Gables condo for sale.
