April was a good month for condo sales in Coconut Grove. There were 33 condos sales  10 of which were bank owned condo. Most of those sales were on the lower end under $149,000. There were 4 short sales one of which was in the Cloisters ( The Cloisters is in downtown Coconut Grove on Main Highway, near Green Streets Cafe)   that sold for $1,195,000.   The other 19 sales were arms length transactions.
