There are currently  352 listings for sale in Coral Gables.  The month of April produced  31 sold listings 3 of which were foreclosed or bank owned single family homes and 4 short sales.  There were 8 sales above $1,000,000    I have been asked to give a break down of that price range as well.

Three sales between $300,000 to $349,000

One Sale between   $ $350,000 to $399,000

Six Sales between $ 400,000 to $449,999

One sale between  $450,000 to $499,999

Three Sales between $500,000 to $549,999

Two Sales between   $600,000 to $699,999

Three Sales between $700,000 to $799,999

One Sale between    $800,000 to $899,999

The  Coral Gables real estate market keeps moving on. Less of a third of the sales were distressed properties.  With interest rates dropping again I am sure  May will be good month as well.
