As of this posting there are 238  Coral Gables Condos for sale, 42 of which are short sales and 8 are ” Bank owned ” properties.  There were  14 closed condos sales last month 5 of which were ” Bank owned ” condos and one sold short sale.

3 Sales between $ 150,000 to $ 199,999

2 Sales between  $200,000 to $249,999

2 Sales between  $250,000 to $299,9999

4 Sales between $300,000 to $349,999  ( what is available in this price range in Coral Gables)

1 Sale between  $400,000 to$449,999

1 sale over  $1,000,000   ( That was at the Gables Gables Club at  10 Edgewater Drive unit 9 F )

Most of these sales were ” Bank owned” properties and some short sales on the lower end of the price range. The market keeps on moving and buyers are out there looking and purchasing properties.
