There are currently 361 homes for sale in Coral Gables in March we saw 33 homes close of 6 of the sales were over one million dollars. The highest sale was for $3,500,000 originally listed for $4,450,000  ( one million drop OUCH!) with EWM and was on the market for 425 days. This home was built in 1939 and was historically designated, located at 1101 N. Greenway Drive. The lowest march sale was a charming Old Spanish listed with GLM Realty. This was a ” short sale” and and sold for $335,000 , it was on the market for 168 days.   There were 4 foreclosures and 4 short sales last month.

Included in these numbers were 2 “short sales” and 5 bank owned properties.

The sales for the most part a pretty consistent month after month the Coral Gables area.  What varies is the price range. This time there were more sales of   over  $1,000,000
