2010 Coral Gables Condos Sales

2010      Coral Gables    saw  201 condo sales.  The highest sale goes to  a unit at the Gables Club $10,990,000 and the lowest sale went for  $42,500 in the Mendoza condo complex    This was improvement compared to 2009 Coral Gables condo sales. 2009  saw 164 condo sales , the highest was $ 2,275,000  at Gables on The Green and the lowest was at Bella Majorca Condo. Keep in mind that that these numbers do include townhouse condos as well.  2009 Average square foot  was $274 and in  2010 the average per square foot was $223.00
